Women made up over 53% of recent hackathon participants, demonstrating their eagerness to engage in such opportunities. These hackathons have already led to impactful AI-driven solutions, such as an AI co-pilot that speeds up personalized learning materials and utilizing AI to create SMART action plans that improve key performance metrics.
Empowering leadership with AI

By integrating AI tools to assess the quality of coaching logs, TELUS Digital Philippines can measure how effectively leaders are addressing their team members’ pain points and provide real-time recommendations on how employee development plans can be enhanced. Last year, the team used Fuel iX to analyze over 15,000 comments from more than 25,000 team members during the Pulsecheck survey, reducing analysis time by 70% and leading to significant improvements in data analysis accuracy and granularity.
