GMA Network’s longest-running magazine show, “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho (KMJS),” and ABS-CBN’s top-rated action-drama series, “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo (FPJBQ),” dominated the overall TV ratings in 2024.

According to the latest Nielsen Philippines report covering Total Philippines (PHINTAM), KMJS secured the No. 1 spot overall while also leading the News and Current Affairs category. Meanwhile, FPJBQ emerged as the top Entertainment program and landed at No. 2 overall.

KMJS achieved an average rating of 14.3 percent for 2024, narrowly edging out FPJBQ, which recorded 14.2 percent.
Ranking third was another GMA news program, 24 Oras, with a 13.7 percent average rating. ‘The Voice Kids’ secured the No. 4 spot with 12.7 percent, while ‘Black Rider’ rounded out the top five with 12.3 percent.

GMA Network shows dominated the rest of the top 10, with ‘The Clash 2024’ at No. 6 with 11.1 percent and ‘Running Man Philippines’ at No. 7 with 10.8 percent ratings.

‘Walang Matigas Na Pulis Sa Matinik Na Misis’ and ‘Magpakailanman’ meanwhile tied at No. 8, both scoring 9.7 percent. ‘Stolen Life’ followed at No. 9 with 9.6 percent, while ‘Pepito Manaloto’ and ‘Abot Kamay Na Pangarap’ shared the No. 10 spot with 9.2 percent each.

Meanwhile, apart from ‘FPJBQ’, other ABS-CBN programs that made it to the Top 30 oveall programs for Total Philippines include ‘Linlang,’ which tied at number 11 with ‘My Guardian Alien,’ and ‘Sparkle U’ scoring 9.0 percent, ‘Lavender Fields’at No. 19 with 7.6 percent, and ‘It’s Showtime,’ which tied with Kapuso Primetime Cinema at No. 24 with 7.0 percent.
