Kapamilya actor, Donny Pangilinan, recently revealed his team-up with Belle Mariano is taking a break, as the latter is rumored to be partnered next with newbie, Robbie Jaworski.
With the return of the talent-reality search, Pilipinas Got Talent, already in full-swing, Belle and Donny are seemingly carving individual paths for their respective careers. Pangilinan, however, did not dismiss the possibility of them reuniting eventually in the future.
But as their love team, known to fans as ‘DonBelle’, maintains a very big following on social media, many are unsurprisingly not taking such development, lightly. Reports have been published about Mariano getting paired with ‘nepo baby’, Robbie Jaworski, while Pangilinan is rumored to he paired next with the Asia’s Superstar, Kathryn Bernardo. Interestingly, Pangilinan and Bernardo are both announced as judges of the seventh season of Pilipinas Got Talent, whose hosts include Pinoy Big Brother alum, Robi Domingo.
Domingo, being friends with Donny, seem to have taken the attention of loyal DonBelle fans, and with the possibility of their fave loveteam getting an unexpected pause, in the corner, social media heats up and bashing ensues. Domingo is one of its earliest victims.
Robi, however, does not condone such acts online, and he stands firmly especially he becomes the main target of it. On Instagram, he slammed a fan who threatened him for potentially becoming the key for Pangilinan to get closer with Bernardo.
“Subukan mo lang na i-match si Donny kay Kathryn, (at) ready ang solid supporters ni Belle na i-bash ka mula ulo hanggang paa. Wag mong i-tolerate yang kalandian ng peste mong kaibigan, ”.
Domingo didn’t take such aggression lightly, and he responded accordingly. “Can I consider this a threat? Can I take legal actions against this? I don’t tolerate this behavior, ” he wrote on Instagram.
Netizens come to Domingo, with some even calling out Mariano to lecture her fans over their inappropriate behavior.
Both Mariano and Pangilinan, who are currently still being seen on primetime, via TV series, How To Spot A Red Flag, have not yet publicized their comments on the matter.
