“The Philippines is a key market for us in Asia. We currently have six dealerships, but we plan to expand to 24 within the year to better serve Filipino consumers,” Xu said.
“In the next six months, we expect to reach 500 units per month in sales in the Philippines, scaling up to 1,000 units monthly by year-end,” he added.
Xu hinted that if demand remains strong, Omoda & Jaecoo may consider setting up a local manufacturing plant in the Philippines.
“We have seen great performance in Southeast Asia, especially in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. The Philippines is a promising market, and we are ready to invest further based on demand,” he said.
With its aggressive pricing, expansive dealership network, and unmatched warranty offers, Omoda & Jaecoo aims to disrupt the Philippine automotive industry.
