Are Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino officially a couple? That’s the question on everyone’s mind after their co-star Wilma Doesnt seemingly confirmed their real-life romance during a set visit for their upcoming film ‘My Love Will Make You Disappear’.
During an interview with ABS-CBN News, Wilma candidly whispered to entertainment reporter MJ Felipe, “Sila na!”—implying that the on-screen love team has taken their chemistry beyond the cameras.
When asked what made her say that, Wilma confidently pointed to their body language.
“Sa edad ko ba namang ito, maloloko n’yo kong kabataan? Hindi na!” she said. “Body language, hindi mo na kailangang magsalita. Titingnan mo lang ‘yung mga tinginan, ganu’n. Ay, sana all.”
The KimPau tandem has been the subject of speculation for months, with fans noticing their undeniable connection in various interviews and public appearances. While neither Kim nor Paulo has directly addressed the dating rumors, Wilma’s remarks have only fueled curiosity among their supporters.
Kim and Paulo are set to star in ‘My Love Will Make You Disappear’, a romantic-comedy film slated for release on March 26 in Philippine cinemas and March 28 in North America. The film follows a heartwarming and humorous love story filled with unexpected twists.
Wilma, who plays a lively online seller in the movie, assured fans that the film is packed with “kilig to the bones” moments.
“One thing I can promise the viewers is that it’s a very romantic, kilig to the bones movie. Pang lovers na mga Gen Z ‘yan, abangan niyo. Pag hindi kayo kinilig, kayo na si Thanos!” she joked.
Apart from Kim and Paulo, the film also stars Karina Bautista, Migs Almendras, Lovely Abello, Benj Manalo, Martin Escudero, and Bernard Palanca.
