Social media personalities Jeraldine and Josh Blackman, known for their heartwarming family content as The Blackman Family, have officially announced their separation.
Jeraldine confirmed the news in an emotional video posted on Instagram on Friday, February 21, 2025, where she assured their followers that despite parting ways, she and Josh will remain friends and will continue to co-parent their children, Jette and Nimo.
In the video, Jeraldine struggled to hold back tears as she revealed the news to their millions of followers.
“I have been trying to find the right time when I’m gonna get the courage to post this one online,” she admitted.
“Josh and I have separated. We’re good friends. I just know that he is a good person, and he is the best father that Jette and Nimo could ever have.”
Jeraldine also expressed her gratitude toward Josh, acknowledging his influence in her personal and spiritual journey.
“Josh was the one who introduced me to Christian life. He was the one who helped me become the person I am today,” she said.
Despite the breakup, she assured their supporters that they will remain present in their children’s lives.
“I’m just so lucky that Jette and Nimo have him. We are going to be co-parenting,” she added.
