Singer-actress Geneva Cruz is feeling blessed and in love, expressing her deep appreciation for her boyfriend, national athlete Dean Roxas.
The Smokey Mountain original member took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message for her partner after receiving a Valentine’s Day surprise from him.
“Thank you for the flowers, Dean. You continue to surprise me!” Geneva wrote, posting a photo of the bouquet she received.
Beyond the romantic gesture, Geneva reflected on how her relationship with Dean has brought out a better version of herself.
“I know that different relationships bring out various versions of us, and I really love the version of me that I get to be with and through you,” she shared.
She added, “I am grateful for our connection that goes beyond the surface. Thank you for being my best friend and for your unconditional love.”

For those unfamiliar, Dean Roxas is a member of the Philippine Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu National Team and serves as a coach at Lucas Lepri Philippines. He is well-respected in the martial arts community and has represented the country in various competitions.
In a previous interview, Geneva shared how grateful she is to have found love again after being single for several years.
“This year is going to be extra special because I opened myself to love once again,” she said.
She admitted that she had been emotionally closed off since 2020 but eventually realized that she was ready to embrace love once more.
“I think that’s pretty special because for many years, since 2020, I was completely closed off. But now, I’m just really happier and grateful. He’s here, and I’m very, very proud of him. He inspires me,” Geneva said.

She also emphasized that love often comes unexpectedly.
“Parang mas dumarating kapag hindi mo ini-expect. I’ve been happy single for many years. I’m just happier now, you know,” she admitted.
Geneva, known for her strong and independent persona, acknowledged the joy of having a supportive partner.
“Kahit naman strong tayo, masarap din ‘yung meron kang nasasandalan,” she added.
Having been single for five years, Geneva now embraces what she calls her “strong but soft girl era.”
“Masarap din ‘yung pakiramdam. So I need to get introduced to my feminine side,” she said playfully.
