SB19 member Stell Ajero will no longer join Regine Velasquez-Alcasid as a special guest in her highly anticipated Valentine concert series, ‘RESET’, due to a scheduling conflict.
The announcement, made by iMusic Entertainment (iME), the producer of the event, has left fans disappointed but understanding of the unforeseen situation.
The ‘RESET’ concert series is set to take place on February 12, 14, 21, and 22 at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Circuit Makati. Stell was initially slated to perform on February 21, as announced during the concert’s press conference. The collaboration between Stell and Regine was eagerly anticipated by fans, with many expressing excitement about seeing the two powerhouse performers share the stage.
In a statement released on January 15, iME explained the circumstances behind Stell’s withdrawal, citing a “miscommunication” and scheduling issues.
“We regret to inform you that Stell, who was scheduled to perform at our upcoming concert, ‘RESET’, on February 21, 2025, will not be able to attend due to a scheduling conflict,” the statement read.
The production team acknowledged that the issue arose due to an oversight during planning, which was only discovered after the press conference. They expressed their sincere apologies to fans and reassured attendees of their commitment to delivering a fantastic concert experience.
To address fans’ disappointment, iME announced that refunds will be offered to those who purchased tickets specifically for Stell’s February 21 appearance. Eligible refunds cover tickets purchased between January 14 and 15. Fans are encouraged to contact iME for further assistance at info@imusicentertainment.com.
“We understand that many of you were looking forward to seeing Stell perform live with Regine, and we share in your disappointment. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause,” the statement continued.

Despite this change, ‘RESET’ remains one of the most highly anticipated Valentine concerts of 2025.
