As of now, Dominic Roque has not addressed the rumors.
This comes months after Ramirez confirmed her breakup with actor-politician Javi Benitez. Meanwhile, Roque was previously engaged to actress Bea Alonzo, but the engagement ended before the couple could tie the knot.
