Dr. Rica Cruz, a prominent sex and relationships therapist and educator, was the keynote speaker at the event. Her presentation revolved around pressing reproductive health issues faced by Filipinos, particularly the country’s high teenage pregnancy rate, the rate of traditional contraceptive method users, and the continuously increasing HIV cases in the Philippines.
