Kapuso star and global fashion icon Heart Evangelista has once again shown her commitment to uplifting Filipino brands as she unveiled her partnership with Get Ready With Me (GRWM) Cosmetics.
During a press conference held on November 22 at Okada Manila, Evangelista was officially introduced as the newest face of the proudly Filipino beauty brand.
The collaboration highlights Heart’s dedication to supporting local businesses, emphasizing her pride in representing the Philippines both locally and internationally.
“I would be nothing without the Philippines,” Heart shared during the event. “If you look at my percentage on Instagram, my following is [mostly from the] Philippines.”
Heart expressed her admiration for GRWM Cosmetics founder Mae Layug, who has built the brand around understanding and catering to the unique needs of Filipinos.
“She thinks of the smallest detail according to our features, and even the shades, the tone of our eyeshadows—you have to study it. It’s scientific,” Heart noted. “That’s why I love working with local brands, kasi hindi mo na kailangang test ka nang test kasi you know it will automatically look good on us, so nakakatuwa.”
Heart further emphasized her loyalty to her roots, stating, “Everything else outside is just a little cherry on top. Kaya ito talaga ‘yung kabuuan ng career ko. They support me, I support them no matter what.”
The partnership comes as GRWM Cosmetics prepares to launch its latest Face Card Eye Collection on November 29, 2024. The products will be available online through GRWM’s e-commerce platforms and in Watsons stores nationwide.

This collaboration also reflects a shared commitment to advocacy. Both Heart and Mae are passionate about animal welfare and sustainable practices, with Heart being a longtime supporter of the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS).
