The life coach of celebrities such as veteran singer-songwriter Jose Mari Chan, BINI, and Cristine Reyes, among others, is offering a program to help people navigate the Yuletide stress, or any challenging time for that matter. What’s more, it’s a program that one can sign up for with friends and loved ones.
If you’re tired of the usual Christmas reunions, OneCORE’s “Focus On What Matters” (FOWM) program could be the perfect activity. OneCORE, headed by its Chief Executive Officer and founder Pia “Coach Pia” Acevedo, offers the FOWM program for those who want to focus on themselves to enhance their well-being and boost productivity through its clarity journey.
“Some of us are trying to avoid toxic relatives who are asking too much about our love life or weight gain during Christmas parties and gatherings. Sadly, schools did not teach us how to respond to toxic relatives without offending them,” Coach Pia pointed out.
“The OneCORE FOWM program is a perfect alternative, as we can provide tools on how to navigate reunions through activities that not only enhance your well-being but also strengthen your connections with friends and loved ones,” she suggested.
OneCORE is trusted by various local and international companies, such as Citi, Chinabank, Emerson, FirstGen, Holcim, Johnson & Johnson, Jollibee, Lazada, Bayer, and AyalaLand.
No less than singer-songwriter Jose Mari Chan, a.k.a. the man behind the song “Christmas In Our Hearts”, is the endorser of OneCORE’s Clarity Movement and its Focus On What Matters book.
“Don’t regret at the end of the day. We are all blessed with this mentality. Make the most of the here and now,” Chan said as he cited lyrics of his hit song “Constant Change” to encourage the public to join the Clarity Movement.
“Life is a constant change. We’re all like clouds moving across the sky,” he stated.
For the members of BINI, they take their song “Karera” to heart. As OneCORE emphasizes slowing down and fostering self-care, the members of BINI are reminded to recharge as they navigate toward greater success. “We always tell them that ‘you cannot give what you do not have,’” said Coach Pia. “So in our sessions, we help these young ladies understand the value of listening to themselves and their needs. And they’ve been appreciative of that.”
Reyes, on the other hand, mentioned that her clarity journey helped her refresh what she has learned from life and find a balance in self-care. “Clarity will help me find balance, stay calmer, relax, and go with the flow of life with a clearer vision,” she said.
In addition to Chan, Reyes, and BINI, other celebrities such as Dominic Roque, Marco Gumabao, Khalil Ramos, and Gabbi Garcia have recently participated in the FOWM program as part of their journey toward self-discovery and personal mastery.
