Kapuso singer Zephanie Dimaranan recently revealed on ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda’ that she nearly walked away from her showbiz career.
The singer, who appeared alongside her Maka co-star Dylan Menor, reflected on a challenging period when she seriously considered quitting the entertainment industry.
“Siguro po, looking back, doon sa season na ‘yun ng buhay ko na muntikan na akong sumuko, marami pong tao lalo na po loved ones ko, telling me not to give up and to be patient,” Zephanie shared during the interview.
She also admitted that she had moments of doubt this year, asking herself, “Even this year naiisip ko, para pa ba sa akin ito?”
Despite these thoughts, the singer ultimately realized her passion for showbiz and is now determined to continue her career.
Zephanie’s journey in the entertainment industry started in 2012 when she joined GMA Network’s ‘Biritera.’ She later competed in ‘The Voice Kids’ in 2015 and became a YouTube sensation. In 2019, Zephanie won ‘Idol Philippines,’ solidifying her place in the music scene.
