Fans of ‘Wil To Win’ were left puzzled last week when several of the show’s co-hosts suddenly disappeared from the lineup.
Missing from the program were Cindy Miranda, Ana Ramsey, Almira Teng, and Christine Bermas, as well as online hosts Roberta Tamondong and Gab Basiano, both former beauty queens. Only social media influencer Inday Fatima and comedienne Boobsie Wonderland remained as co-hosts on the show, which airs from Monday to Friday.
Speculation is growing about the future of ‘Wil To Win,’ with potential announcements expected soon regarding the show’s direction.
The program initially generated excitement following Willie Revillame’s return to television, but it has faced challenges, including a viral moment when Revillame publicly scolded his staff during a live broadcast. The incident caused some viewers to turn away, a situation Revillame has encountered in previous shows.
On October 8, Revillame made further headlines when he filed his certificate of candidacy (COC) to run for senator in the 2025 elections. Filing just before the deadline at the Manila Hotel, Revillame announced his intention to focus on fighting for the welfare of the poor. Among his key priorities are providing free education and increasing discounts for senior citizens and Persons With Disabilities (PWD) to 30%.
Revillame and ‘Wil To Win’ have also sparked controversy after he made remarks that appeared to criticize competitor programs. During an episode, he emphasized the originality of his show, stating, “Ang importante ang show na ‘to ay original. Inisip ‘to para sa inyo. Hindi ‘to binibili sa ibang bansa,” which many saw as a reference to Family Feud, hosted by Dingdong Dantes and based on the American game show.

‘Wil To Win’ marks Revillame’s return to TV5, following his previous shows ‘Willing Willie,’ ‘Wil Time Bigtime,’ and ‘Wowowillie,’ which aired from 2010 to 2013. As he navigates his candidacy for the Senate as an independent candidate, Revillame also faces uncertainty about the future of his current television show.
