Talks are heating up about the possible return of TAPE, Inc.’s beloved show ‘Tahanang Pinakamasaya’ to GMA Network.
Speculations suggest that the program might take over the timeslot of Dingdong Dantes’ ‘Family Feud’ when the game show goes on its upcoming season break. However, these rumors remain unconfirmed.
According to Abante, Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, legal counsel and spokesperson for TAPE, Inc., clarified that the show’s comeback on GMA Network is still being negotiated.
“Wala pa raw. For nego pa,” said Atty. Maggie when asked about the potential return of ‘Tahanang Pinakamasaya’ on the Kapuso network.
She added that the network and TAPE, Inc. are exploring different options for the timeslot, and it’s not definite that the show will air during the lunch hour.
“‘Yung sinasabing sa timeslot ng ‘Family Feud’, mukhang hindi. Ang alam ko, hindi sa lunch. Actually hindi ko alam kung sa GMA-7 o GTV,” she explained. “Gusto sa GMA-7, pero looking for timeslot pa. May isa-submit pang proposal ang TAPE, Inc. Wala pa talaga.”
Despite stepping down from their former noontime show, the rumors suggest that TAPE, Inc. remains committed to producing television content, signaling that they are ready to return to the entertainment scene with a new project.
