The top-rated Kapuso afternoon drama “Abot Kamay Na Pangarap (AKNP)” wrapped up on a high note, holding its lead in the daytime programming block until the end.

According to the latest Nielsen NUTAM People ratings, AKNP maintained its top spot on the daytime leaderboard throughout its finale week.

On Monday, October 14, AKNP secured the number 3 position on the overall ratings chart as the top daytime show, with a rating of 10.2 percent.

On Tuesday, October 15, the series retained its number 3 rank but saw a slight dip to 10.0 percent. The ratings dropped further on Wednesday, October 16, reaching 9.3 percent, though the show held its position as the leading daytime program and number 3 overall.

AKNP made a strong comeback on Thursday, October 17, improving by 1.0 percent to 10.3 percent, holding firm at the number 3 position. During its penultimate episode on Friday, October 18, the show experienced a small decline to 10.1 percent but remained steady at number 3 on the leaderboard.

In its finale episode, the show slightly declined to 9.6 percent but ended strong as the third top-rated program nationwide and undefeated number one in daytime.

After more than two years and a total of 659 episodes, AKNP concluded on October 18. Its finale featured an intense confrontation between Lyneth (Carmina Villaroel) and Moira (Pinky Amador), who had kidnapped Lyneth and set a bomb. Lyneth escaped, leaving Moira behind, who ultimately perished. In the end, Analyn achieved her dreams of a complete family and became the country’s leading neurosurgeon.
