SB19 members Stell Ajero and Pablo Nase recently discussed their experiences with surgical enhancements during an interview with Boy Abunda.
The duo openly acknowledged undergoing procedures when asked by Abunda.
“Yeah. Even my friends po, when they ask me, parang ‘Uy, nagpa-ano ka ba talaga?’ Sinasabi ko, ‘Oo. Hindi ba obvious?’” Stell admitted. He further explained, “Sinasagot ko, ‘Pag sinabi ko bang no, maniniwala ka? ‘Di ba hindi ka rin naman maniniwala?’ So, sinasabi ko po.”
Stell expressed that he sees no issue with surgical enhancements, particularly if one has the financial means. “Kasi I think wala namang mali kasi I’m sure, ‘pag tinanong ko ‘yung friend ko, sabihin niya, ‘Ay, ‘pag may pera ako, papagawa ko rin ‘yan.’ Ganun lang po ngayon eh,” said Stell, who is the main vocalist and choreographer for the popular P-Pop group.
Pablo, on the other hand, shared that he was initially opposed to the idea of surgical procedures but eventually chose to get a nose adjustment. “Sabi ko po sa kanila, ‘Di ba napag-usapan natin ‘yan ‘nung ‘di pa tayo kilala, parang ‘magpapa-ganon ka ba ever?’ Parang ganun. Tapos ang sagot ko po, ‘Never. Hindi. Hindi pumasok sa isipan ko,’” Pablo recounted. He added, “Pero hindi ko na lang namalayan one day, nagpapa-filler na ako dito (sabay turo sa ilong).”

Pablo concluded, “Sabi ko, ‘Nakaka-boost pala talaga siya ng confidence.’”
Stell also noted that such enhancements are a result of hard work and personal choice. “Tsaka, if you have the means, why not? ‘Di naman hinihingi ‘yun. Pinagtatrabahuhan,” Stell remarked.
The two SB19 stars are set to make appearances as celebrity guests on the upcoming season of ‘The Voice Kids Philippines,’ which is scheduled to premiere on September 15 on GMA Network.
