Kapamilya stars Julia Montes and Sam Milby have officially begun filming for ABS-CBN’s upcoming drama series ‘Saving Grace’ in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.
The pair, along with rising child star Zia Grace, arrived in the city on Friday, receiving a warm welcome at Puerto Princesa Airport.
In social media posts shared by Dreamscape Entertainment, Montes and Milby were seen preparing for the highly anticipated project, which marks Montes’ return to television after her role in ‘FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.’

‘Saving Grace’ is the Philippine adaptation of the Japanese hit series ‘Mother’ and is presented by ABS-CBN Studios in partnership with Nippon TV, Japan’s top entertainment network.
The original ‘Mother’ series has garnered international acclaim as Asia’s most exported scripted format, with adaptations in various countries including Turkey, South Korea, Ukraine, Thailand, China, France, Spain, Mongolia, and Saudi Arabia.
Montes, who recently starred in the 2023 film ‘Five Breakups and a Romance,’ is set to captivate audiences once again in this new drama.
