Filipina fashion icons Heart Evangelista and Pia Wurtzbach have once again demonstrated their global influence, ranking among the top influencers at Milan Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2025.
Both amassed millions in media impact value (MIV), according to data from fashion platform Lefty.
Wurtzbach, Miss Universe 2015, ranked 4th on the list, while Evangelista secured the 13th spot. With her 14.8 million Instagram followers, Wurtzbach generated an estimated $7.59 million in earned media value (EMV) after attending 11 luxury brand shows, including Dolce & Gabbana, Boss, and Gucci. Her presence at these high-profile events further solidified her status as a fashion powerhouse.

Evangelista, with 16.3 million Instagram followers, garnered $2.99 million in EMV, having graced 16 shows for brands like Fendi, Diesel, and Gucci. As a renowned fashion personality, she continues to make waves in the global scene.
In addition to the two Filipinas, several K-pop stars dominated the top ranks, with Enhypen taking the 1st spot, aespa’s Karina ranking 2nd, and BTS’ Jin in 3rd. South Korean actress Moon Ga-young and Thai actor Gulf Kanawut also placed 11th and 12th, respectively.
Currently, Wurtzbach and Evangelista are attending the Paris Fashion Week for the Womenswear Spring/Summer 2025 edition. Wurtzbach has already strutted the runways for L’Oreal’s Le Défilé and Michael Cinco’s Spring-Summer 2025 shows, while Evangelista is set to attend 19 shows this season.
