ABS-CBN’s primetime action-drama teleserye ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo (FPJBQ)’ continues to lead the overall ratings, while GMA network’s ’24 Oras’, ‘Widow’s War’, and ‘Asawa Ng Asawa Ko’ maintain their respective timeslot wins.
According to the latest Nielsen NUTAM People survey, FPJBQ remains in the top spot, while GMA’s primetime shows dominate their timeslots, except for ‘Black Rider.’
On Monday, July 8, the Coco Martin-led teleserye registered a rating of 15.0 percent, 2.6 percent higher than rival ‘Black Rider’, securing the top position in the overall ratings chart.
GMA Network’s flagship primetime newscast ’24 Oras’ placed second in the overall ratings with a rating of 13.8 percent, outperforming rivals ‘TV Patrol’ with 3.1 percent and ‘Frontline Pilipinas’ with 3.0 percent.
Kapuso murder mystery drama ‘Widows’ War’ also maintained its winning streak, outperforming Kapamilya rival ‘Pamilya Sagrado’ with ratings of 8.9 percent versus 6.9 percent, respectively, marking a 2.0 percent margin.
The third slot program, ‘ANAK,’ continued its timeslot domination with a rating of 6.8 percent, 3.6 percent higher than ‘High Street,’ which registered a rating of 3.2 percent.
The previous week’s rankings were similarly marked by the overall win of FPJBQ and the timeslot victories of ’24 Oras’, ‘Widows’ War’, and ‘ANAK.’
Will these primetime rankings remain, or will Kapamilya primetime teleseryes stage a comeback and reclaim the top spot on the ratings board?
