In the midst of a recent controversy sparked by Sisi Rondina’s comments about SB19 during an event in South Korea, Stell Ajero of the Filipino boy band SB19 has expressed his desire to personally apologize to the volleyball star.
During an interview with ABS-CBN News, Stell Ajero stated his intention clearly, saying, “Gusto ko sanang mag-apologize sa kanya ng personal sa nangyari. Mag-meet man lang at mag-sorry lang.” He elaborated that their initial comments were made in response to what they perceived as an escalating situation.
He emphasized that their primary concern is to ensure that neither their fans nor Rondina herself are negatively affected by the incident.
Reflecting further on the matter, he added, “Siyempre papakinggan natin both sides, pero baka kasi yun yung burst of emotions niya.
Stell Ajero’s comments come in the aftermath of Sisi Rondina’s remarks during an Independence Day celebration in South Korea, where she candidly admitted to being unfamiliar with SB19. This led to a backlash from SB19 supporters, particularly their fan base known as A’Tin. Rondina subsequently issued an apology to those who were offended by her remarks, emphasizing that her intentions were not to offend anyone.
