He shared a photo of his blood sugar glucose test kit, which showed a reading of 525 mg/dL, indicating a high level of blood sugar.
In his caption, Milby wrote, “I’ve always thought of myself as a healthy person. I don’t have a sweet tooth, bihira din mag junk food, pero last year I found out na may type 2 diabetes na ako.”
Milby mentioned that there is no history of diabetes in his family, stating, “My parents and grandparents never had it. I just wish I got checked up earlier nung pre-diabetes pa.”

According to “Everyday Health,” blood sugar levels as high as 500 mg/dL can lead to symptoms such as increased thirst, frequent urination, weight loss, low energy, and drowsiness. Sam’s revelation highlights the importance of monitoring one’s health and seeking medical advice even if there is no family history of the condition.
