The buzz around Ruru Madrid’s potential as the next “Primetime King” has been growing, with fans and critics alike debating if he is ready to take on the mantle previously held by the likes of Alden Richards, Dingdong Dantes, and Dennis Trillo.
In a recent interview, Ruru humbly addressed the speculation.
Ruru’s humility aside, his track record speaks volumes. He has consistently posed a challenge to his competitors, notably Coco Martin. From the success of ‘Lolong’ to the current popularity of ‘Black Rider,’ Ruru has proven his capability to draw viewers and compete in ratings.
“Mahirap po ‘yan. Like never ko rin namang inisip na ganiyan ako. Of course, nandiyan sina Alden, Kuya Dong, Kuya Dennis.
Ruru’s commitment to his craft is evident, particularly in his willingness to perform intense stunts. Level up talaga ang gagawin namin. Kung maaksiyon noon, mas gagawin pa naming maaksiyon. Siguro this time, gagawa ako ng eksena na mag-sky diving ako. So, gusto kong ipakita yon sa ‘Black Rider’,” he shared.
Ruru’s journey from humble beginnings to stardom is a testament to his hard work and determination.
Today, Ruru has made significant strides, including purchasing land to build a luxurious home for his family. His future plans also include his personal life with Bianca Umali.
While the debate continues on whether Ruru Madrid is the new “primetime king,” his dedication to his work and his drive to provide for his family are undeniable.
