The Miss Manila 2024 beauty pageant took center stage last Monday with a dazzling presentation of its 24 official candidates at the Swiss Belhotel Blulane in Binondo, Manila.
This highly anticipated event showcased the talents and beauty of young women from various districts of Manila, marking the return of one of the city’s most celebrated cultural events.

The presentation featured the candidates in swimsuits and casual wear, followed by a question-and-answer segment with members of the pageant media. This allowed the contestants to demonstrate their wit and articulate their advocacies.
Charyzah Esparrago of Old Sta. Mesa won the ‘Darling of the Press’ award, captivating the media with her diverse talents, including painting, playing the guitar, spoken poetry, sewing and designing, learning languages, reading, basketball, web design, and cooking.
The grand coronation night of Miss Manila 2024 is set for June 22 at the Metropolitan Theater. Hosting the event will be Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray, Kapuso Star Gabbi Garcia, and Miss Universe 2022 R’Bonney Gabriel. The event will be broadcast on GMA 7 on June 23 at 2 p.m., following All-Out Sundays.
Miss Manila aims to identify a beacon of empowerment and leadership. The pageant seeks a Manileña who will spark meaningful conversations and contribute positively to the lives of her fellow Manileños, embodying the essence of a woman of worth who believes in empowered women.
