TV5’s action-drama series ‘Lumuhod Ka Sa Lupa (LKSL)’ saw a significant boost in TV ratings after moving to the primetime slot.
According to the latest Nielsen NUTAM People survey, LKSL more than doubled its TV ratings upon debuting in primetime compared to its previous afternoon slot performance.
On Monday, June 24, the Kiko Estrada-led series premiered in primetime with a 3.2 percent rating, securing the 17th spot on the overall ratings chart, just ahead of its timeslot rival TV Patrol, which scored 3.1 percent.
The following day, Tuesday, June 25, LKSL maintained its 3.2 percent rating but slipped to the 18th position on the ratings board.
Before its move to primetime, LKSL averaged a 1.5 percent rating in its afternoon slot. During its season finale on Friday, June 14, the series registered a rating of 1.1 percent, placing last in the Top 30 program rankings.
For the entire season finale week, LKSL scored 1.3 percent on Thursday, June 13, 1.5 percent on Wednesday, June 12, 1.6 percent on Tuesday, June 11, and 1.2 percent on Monday, June 10.
Will LKSL continue to improve, especially now that it is the lead-in for “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo?” We’ll see.
