Actress Glaiza de Castro revealed on May 4 that her experience on “Running Man Philippines” has helped her see a different side of life.
De Castro, during a press conference at GMA Network Studio, admitted that she likes going to work prepared. Otherwise, she feels “rattled.”
Nara-rattle ako kapag hindi ako prepared kapag pupunta ako sa work,” said the actress.
With the help of the show and her co-runners, de Castro learned to relax and enjoy life more. She expressed gratitude to her fellow runners for helping her feel less anxious.
The second season of Running Man Philippines presented new and exciting challenges for the participants and guest runners. Meanwhile, de Castro hopes their show would highlight childhood happiness in playing games and having fun.
And hopefully, through watching Running Man, maramdaman din nila ‘yung closeness na na-build namin.
Catch her and fellow runners Mikael Daez, Kokoy de Santos, Lexi Gonzales, Angel Guardian, Miguel Tanfelix, and Buboy Villar compete to become the ultimate runner every weekend only on GMA Network.
