Renz Joshua Baña, known as “Baby Giant” from ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo,’ has been introduced as the latest cast member for the returning season of ‘Goin’ Bulilit.’
ABS-CBN News confirmed the addition on Saturday, June 22.
Baby Giant will step into the role previously filled by beloved comedian Romy Pastrana, widely known as “Dagul.” In his new role, Baby Giant is set to be the older brother figure to the young cast of the iconic sketch comedy show.
“Meet Baby Giant, the Kuya Baby joining the cast of the new season of ‘Goin’ Bulilit,'” the report announced.
Auditions for the refreshed ‘Goin’ Bulilit’ cast began in May, with director Bobot Mortiz calling for young talents to participate. The upcoming season will also feature kids from “It’s Showtime,” including Argus, Kulot, Jaze, Imogen, and Kelsey.
With the show’s return on the horizon, fans are excited to see the new dynamic and humor that Baby Giant and the new cast members will bring to ‘Goin’ Bulilit.’
