Sexy star Apple Dy admitted on May 14 that she still has a long way to go before earning the title of ‘Vivamax Queen.’
Dy, who began her sexy career in 2023, acknowledges that she needs more experience to potentially replace the current Vivamax Queen, Angeli Khang.
“For me naman, ‘yung iniisip ko na title as a Vivamax Queen, siyempre, I have a long way to go,” she said during the press conference for her film “Balinsasayaw.”
Like Khang, Dy aspires to become a mainstream actress through Vivamax. She expressed her hopes of possibly dethroning the current queen someday.
“Feeling ko po, kung they will honor me as a Vivamax Queen in the future, I will be so blessed; feeling blessed and honored and sobrang overwhelming I think. Pero siyempre I will be happy po if ever,” the actress shared.
‘Balinsasayaw’ is only her second Vivamax project, directed by Roe Pejemma. She stars alongside Benz Sangalang and Aiko Garcia.
Dy plays Ivy, a wealthy woman married to a womanizer. She conspires with her best friend Rowena (Garcia) to catch her deceitful husband.
To get into character, the young actress channeled the emotions a woman would feel upon discovering her husband’s infidelity.
“Ako po hinuhugot ko po doon sa character, kung ano ba ang mafi-feel ni Ivy kapag nangyari sa kanya in real life. So, ‘yun po ang pinanggagalingan, from the heart po,” Dy explained.
‘Balinsasayaw’ is now available for streaming on the Vivamax app, along with other Vivamax titles, for only P169 a month.
