Xian Lim has once again stirred controversy among netizens, this time due to claims made by a writer who identified themselves as being from GMA Network.
According to the writer, Xian Lim was “super difficult” to collaborate with in a professional environment, to the extent that it made others feel “miserable.”
Brylle Tabora, who indicated on their Facebook profile that they work as a writer at GMA Network, made the assertion against Lim in the comments section of a post by lifestyle magazine Esquire Philippines on Tuesday, May 7.
The magazine had recently published an exclusive interview where the actor revealed that he was already dating Viva producer Iris Lee.
In the comments, Tabora shared their experience of working with Lim, claiming that he made the lives of TV writers “miserable.”
“What a friggin’ joke, and he’s also super difficult to work with!! Made our lives as TV writers miserable. UGH,” the writer expressed without providing further details.
Lim and his management team at Viva Artists Agency have yet to respond to Tabora’s allegations.

In his interview, Lim disclosed that he and Lee are “very happy” in their relationship, even featuring her on his recent Instagram post alongside behind-the-scenes snapshots from their location shoot in Thailand.
However, Lim emphasized that Lee played no part in his breakup with former girlfriend Kim Chiu.
Lim and Chiu were in a relationship for 12 years before confirming their split on December 23, 2023, following months of speculation.
