According to the latest ratings report from the Nielsen NUTAM People survey, both programs achieved decent ratings.
On Sunday, May 12, the Boy Abunda-hosted Kapuso talk show special registered a rating of 3.0 percent, placing it at the 11th spot on the overall Sunday leaderboard.
The pilot episode featured Boy Abunda’s interview with the iconic “Star for All Seasons,” Vilma Santos, where they discussed all aspects of her motherhood.
Meanwhile, on the same day, the 2024 PVL Finals Game 2 secured the 14th spot on the ratings board with a 2.1 percent rating. This was the first time that PVL game coverage made it to the ratings chart, even surpassing the ratings of the PBA game. The PBA Game (Meralco vs. NLex) only garnered a 1.9 percent rating, placing it at the 17th spot on the Sunday ratings board.
Meanwhile, “Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho” maintained its number 1 position with a 14.1 percent rating, followed by “Running Man Philippines Season 2,” which registered an 8.9 percent rating.
