The Kapamilya romantic drama thriller ‘Linlang’ continues to dominate over its competitor ‘My Guardian Alien (MGA),’ while the sequel to ‘Senior High’, ‘High Street’, is still warming up against ‘Asawa Ng Asawa Ko (ANAK).’
According to the latest Nielsen NUTAM People survey ratings, ‘Linlang’ remains victorious in its timeslot, while ‘High Street’ trails behind its rival, ANAK.
On Monday, May 13, ‘Linlang’ secured the number 4 spot on the overall ratings chart with an 11.0 percent rating, 2.9 percent higher than ‘MGA,’ which scored 8.1 percent and placed seventh.
The pilot episode of ‘High Street’ meanwhile recorded a 4.8 percent rating, placing it in the 12th position, 0.9 percent lower than ANAK’s 5.7 percent, which secured the 10th spot on the leaderboard.
On Tuesday, May 14, ‘Linlang’ maintained its 4th position and increased its rating by 0.4 percent to 11.4 percent, 2.7 percent higher than ‘MGA’s’ 8.7 percent, which stayed in 7th place. ‘High Street’ climbed one spot to number 11 with an improved rating of 5.4 percent but still fell short of ANAK, which remained at number 10 with a rating of 6.3 percent.
On Wednesday, May 15, ‘Linlang’ slightly dropped to the 5th spot with a 10.0 percent rating. The Marian Rivera-led series ‘MGA’ stayed in 7th place with an 8.7 percent rating. Similarly, ‘High Street’ dropped one spot to 12th, recording a 4.4 percent rating, 1.7 percent lower than ANAK’s 6.1 percent.
‘Linlang’ quickly bounced back on Thursday, May 16, climbing back to the 4th spot with an improved rating of 11.0 percent. ‘MGA’ also improved to a 9.2 percent rating but remained in 7th place. ‘High Street’ increased its rating to 5.0 percent, moving up to 11th place but still trailing behind ANAK, which scored 6.5 percent.
‘MGA’ spoiled ‘Linlang’s’ potential sweep on Friday, May 17, outperforming the latter with a 9.4 percent rating, moving up to the 5th spot on the overall ratings chart. Meanwhile, ‘Linlang’ fell to 7th place with a 9.0 percent rating. ‘High Street’ on the other hand, returned to the 12th position with a 4.0 percent rating, 0.4 percent lower than its competitor ‘Amazing Earth,’ which had a 4.4 percent rating.
