It was truly a delightful occasion as LIB Books celebrated its 10th anniversary with the event “A Beautiful Day: Inkspiration – A Decade of Life is Beautiful” at the recently-concluded Philippine Book Festival (PBF) 2024.
Marking a decade of publishing Philippine online novels, LIB Books extended its month-long jubilation with a culmination of festivities at the PBF’s Main Stage area from 4PM to 5PM last April 28, 2024.
The event featured a plethora of enriching experiences. For one, it unveiled the momentous collaboration between the publisher of LIB Books – Precious Pages Corporation and Wattpad WEBTOON Studios. This deal enables more trending Wattpad novels to be published in print form.
In relation to the said alliance, popular LIB Books authors, who have massive followings on Wattpad, namely C.C., Irshwndy, and AkoSiIbarra held book signings.
C.C. released a new edition of her best-selling novel Dangerous Gentleman, featuring a fresh book cover. Similarly, her book Possessive Series 18: Pierce Rios Muller, initially available for pre-order, is now available in mass production. Meanwhile, Irshwndy launched her action-packed romance novel Trapped in a Candy while AkoSiIbarra released the top Wattpad mystery-thriller read Everyone is Suspect.
Likewise, the event served as a platform to showcase new additions to the LIB Books family. They are epistolary authors Ynativity, OhCheeseball, Thexwhys, Cappuchienooo, April_Avery, Pilosopotasya, and Megan Cara, along with novelists Neilani Alejandrino (writing as Sweetdreamer33), VChesterG, MsKindGirl, Alluringli, AnakNiRizal, HeartlessNostalgia, J.R. Ruiz, and Maggietearjerky.
