Speculations are swirling about a possible romance between basketball player Kobe Paras and actress Kyline Alcantara after observant fans noticed similarities in their recent Instagram posts.
Kobe recently shared an Instagram story featuring a restaurant scene with chefs and two glasses of wine. Around the same time, Kyline posted a series of photos on her Instagram, including random shots, selfies, and behind-the-scenes images from her projects.
Notably, one of her photos shows a meal on a table that appears identical to the one in Kobe’s post, as well as a dimly-lit image of the kitchen from a similar angle.
These similarities did not go unnoticed, and fans quickly began to speculate in the comments section of Kyline’s post.
Kyline was previously linked to her former on-screen partner, Mavy Legaspi. They started dating in 2021 but sparked breakup rumors two years later. Social media users also noticed that Kyline has since unfollowed Mavy and his parents, Carmina Villarroel and Zoren Legaspi, on Instagram.
Kobe’s last public relationship was with Ateneo Lady Eagle Pauline ‘Ponggay’ Gaston, whom he started dating in 2018 before they eventually split. He was also rumored to be dating Ina Raymundo’s daughter, Erika Poturnak, in 2022.
As of now, neither Kyline nor Kobe has addressed the romance rumors. Fans are eagerly awaiting any confirmation or denial from the pair regarding their relationship status.
