Ivana Alawi made efforts to reconcile with Ogie Diaz after reports emerged about the actress allegedly ignoring him during his visit to the set of ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.’
Ogie shared this development in a recent episode of his ‘Showbiz Update’ vlog with Mama Loi and Ate Mrena.
Mama Loi was pleased with the news, expressing relief that the two had finally talked things through.
You really get out of your way to reach out, sobrang appreciate ko ‘yung effort mo.
Sabi ko, ‘next time pag may concern ka o may concern ako magtawagan tayo, o di all’s well that ends well.”
Ogie speculated that Ivana might have been preoccupied or not in the mood due to the hot weather on set, which he mentioned in his initial account of the incident.
Ogie’s visit to the ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo’ set was primarily to check on his talents, Ara Davao and Kim Rodriguez. Ara plays a sibling of Elijah Canlas’s character and the grandchild of Tessie Tomas and Jaime Fabregas, who is romantically linked with McCoy de Leon’s character despite his live-in partner Yukii Takahashi.
Kim portrays a friend of Ivana’s character who works in Niño Muhlach’s club and has a crush on Coco Martin’s character.
Ogie explained that his intention was to see how well the two actresses were performing in their roles on the show.
