Social media influencer Awra Briguela recently shared insights into his journey of coping with life following his involvement in a bar brawl several months ago.
The 19-year-old personality discussed his experiences and reflections during a candid conversation with Kapamilya host Vice Ganda in a recent vlog.
Briguela, known for his vibrant online presence, became visibly emotional as he recounted the aftermath of the controversies he faced. Despite the challenges, he expressed gratitude for the support he has received, stating, “I’m okay, I’m getting better and stronger.”
During the heartfelt exchange, Briguela opened up about the impact of the incidents on his mental and emotional well-being.
Reflecting on his past behavior, Briguela acknowledged his tendency to avoid facing unresolved issues by immersing himself in nightlife and socializing. “Super gimikera talaga ako nun. And I just want to have fun talaga and makalimot ng problema.
As a mentor and confidant, Vice Ganda offered words of wisdom to Briguela, emphasizing the importance of temporary escapes while urging him to address and resolve underlying issues.
Briguela’s candid discussion sheds light on the complexities of navigating personal struggles in the public eye and underscores the significance of seeking healthy coping mechanisms and support systems during challenging times.
