The Kapamilya romantic drama thriller ‘Linlang’ and the Kapuso family fantasy drama ‘My Guardian Alien (MGA)’ remained locked in tight competition, consistently delivering closely matched ratings.
Based on the latest Nielsen NUTAM People survey, ‘Linlang’ and MGA are maintaining tight rating gaps, with MGA leading the timeslot for the entire week.
Starting on Monday, April 8, MGA secured an 11.0 percent rating, surpassing ‘Linlang,’ which achieved 10.1 percent.
By Tuesday, April 9, although the Marian Rivera-led series maintained its lead, its rating dropped slightly to 10.4 percent, allowing ‘Linlang’ to narrow the gap to just 0.1 percent, with a rating of 10.3 percent.
Midweek, on Wednesday, April 10, the Kapuso primetime series rebounded, increasing its rating to 10.8 percent, while ‘Linlang’ experienced a decline to 9.7 percent.
However, on Thursday, April 11, ‘Linlang’ managed to narrow the ratings margin by 0.1 percent, achieving a rating of 10.1 percent compared to MGA’s 10.2 percent.
Yet, on Friday, April 12, MGA surged ahead once more, boasting a 10.5 percent rating, which was 1.6 percent higher than ‘Linlang,’ which recorded 8.9 percent.
