During the press conference for his upcoming movie ‘Huwag Mo ‘Kong Iwan’ on April 4, married actor JC de Vera shared valuable insights into love and commitment.
As a father of two and happily married to his wife Rikkah Cruz, de Vera underscored the significance of upholding the vows made between partners.
Coming from someone married since 2018, De Vera’s advice carries weight. He emphasized that a relationship requires effort from both parties.
“Kaya ‘yung love, it takes two to tango ‘diba?
When asked about discerning when to let go of love, JC expressed uncertainty, especially within the context of marriage.
“To be honest, I’m not sure. Kasi iba siguro ang usapan kapag you are married, ‘di ba?” He reflected on the lack of reasons to end a relationship, admitting, “Honestly, hindi pa siya sumasagi sa isip ko,” the actor explained.
‘Huwag Mo ‘Kong Iwan’ is an upcoming movie directed by Joel Lamangan. Starring de Vera alongside Tom Rodriguez and Rhian Ramos, with a formidable cast, the film is produced by BenTria Productions.
