Actor Janus del Prado recently sparked discussions on social media after calling out celebrities who had previously criticized others for switching networks but are now doing the same thing.
Although he didn’t mention specific names, many speculated that his comments were aimed at certain hosts of ‘It’s Showtime,’ which recently began airing on GMA Network starting April 6.
On his Instagram account, Janus posted a seemingly sarcastic remark directed at those who had previously condemned network transfers.
#hypocrites,” Janus wrote in his IG post.
His statement elicited various reactions from netizens, with some expressing agreement while others disagreed, urging him to respect the decisions of his fellow celebrities.
Walang pelikula.
So baket nagagalet ha jANUS del Prado? 🤣 pic.twitter.com/saMAQlIOpD

Responding to the backlash, Janus edited his post, acknowledging that celebrities who switched networks still relied on the support of their former network to gain a larger platform.
“At the end of the day lumipat pa din sila ng Station. Lesson. Wag magsalita ng tapos. Bilog ang mundo,” Janus concluded.
