The sequel to the hit series ‘Senior High’ has announced new additions to its cast, with Dimples Romana and Harvey Bautista joining the lineup for ‘High Street,’ as revealed on Monday.
Alongside Romana and Bautista, the fresh faces in ‘High Street’ include AC Bonifacio, Ralph de Leon, and Romnick Sarmenta.
Expressing her thoughts on the upcoming series, Romana commented, “I guess ‘High Street’ is on the way not (just) showing the struggles but also showing the victory through the struggles.”
Lead star Andrea Brillantes also shared her excitement about reprising her role as Sky. “Ako, excited atsaka mixed emotions din kasi lagi kapag may part two, of course may pressure to be as good or to make it better than the first one,” Brillantes remarked.
‘High Street’ will be under the direction of Onat Diaz and Lino Cayetano.
According to reports from Dreamscape Entertainment, the final episode of “Senior High” reached a peak of 215,118 concurrent viewers on Kapamilya Online Live.
‘Senior High’ concluded with a dramatic twist, as Mon Confiado’s character, Gov. William Acosta, seemingly met his demise, mirroring the fate of his victim, Luna (Andrea Brillantes). However, a post-credit scene left fans intrigued, showing Acosta conscious and being approached by one of his associates, hinting at further developments in the storyline.
