Sarah Geronimo has opened up about her concerns and uncertainties regarding motherhood, despite her anticipation of starting a family with her husband, Matteo Guidicelli.
During a recent YouTube vlog alongside celebrity doctor Vicki Belo on Thursday, March 7, Geronimo candidly discussed her feelings about the prospect of becoming a mother.
Responding to Belo’s inquiry about the timing of a baby’s arrival, Geronimo replied, “Kung ano po, kung ibibigay naman po ni Lord.”
She also revealed that she and Guidicelli are not actively pursuing fertility procedures, opting for a more relaxed approach to family planning.
“Excited naman po [ako to be a mom]. May mga fears but kung ibibigay ni Lord, so be it,” she confessed.
Expanding on her concerns, Geronimo emphasized the need for adequate preparation and readiness for the responsibilities of motherhood.
Acknowledging her status as a late bloomer, she candidly addressed her doubts while expressing her willingness to embrace motherhood if it aligns with divine plans.
The singer also shared her aspirations of having at least two children while discussing plans for their dream home, set to be completed within the year.
Geronimo and Guidicelli exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony in February 2020, marking the beginning of their marital journey.
