The Kapamilya romance-drama thriller teleserye ‘Linlang’ has achieved a significant milestone, reaching its highest-ever ratings according to the latest Nielsen NUTAM People survey report. This marks a remarkable feat for the show as it continues to dominate its time slot against its rival, ‘Love.Die.Repeat (LDR).’
On Monday, March 18, ‘Linlang’ soared to a rating of 11.0 percent, surpassing LDR by 2.1 percent, which garnered 8.9 percent. This achievement eclipsed its previous record of 10.7 percent set on Thursday, March 7.
Maintaining its winning streak, on Tuesday, March 19, the Kim Chiu-Paolo Avelino starrer sustained its lead with a rating of 9.4 percent, outperforming LDR’s 8.8 percent.
However, prior to these record-breaking episodes, ‘Linlang’ had been trailing behind LDR. On Friday, March 15, it scored 8.2 percent compared to LDR’s 9.1 percent. Similarly, on Thursday, March 14, it attained a rating of 8.7 percent, falling short of LDR’s 9.1 percent.
This pattern persisted, with ‘Linlang’ trailing behind on Wednesday, March 13, with a rating of 9.1 percent compared to LDR’s 9.3 percent, and on Tuesday, March 12, with 8.8 percent against LDR’s 9.3 percent. Even on Monday, March 11, ‘Linlang’ secured 8.7 percent, while LDR led with 9.0 percent.
With its recent surge in ratings, the question looms: Can ‘Linlang’ maintain its impressive performance, or will LDR reclaim its dominance in the time slot?
