Julie Anne San Jose has stepped forward to defend her partner, Rayver Cruz, amidst criticism over his behavior during a livestream, which has sparked controversy among viewers.
The incident occurred during an episode of ‘All-Out Sundays’ on Saturday, March 16, 2024.
Netizens raised concerns about Rayver’s demeanor during the livestream with Julie Anne, citing his perceived playful attitude, frequent laughter, and an alleged moment where he lightly touched her.
Some viewers also found Rayver’s responses to audience questions to be out of the ordinary.
Addressing the issue on her X account, Julie Anne stated, “I rarely respond to these kinds of things, but this is too much. The accusations are below the belt and harsh, please stop.”

Rayver has since issued an apology to those who may have been offended by his actions during the livestream.
“But I was just being myself. Playful and happy talaga ako. Lalo na when I’m with my love. She knows that, she knows me. I don’t usually speak up pero ibang usapan na ang accusations. Una, hinding hindi ko kayang saktan si Julie. My mom raised me right,” he explained.
He also clarified the incident where he allegedly touched Julie Anne.
“Hinawakan ko yung bohok nya na lagi kong ginagawa sa mga iba pa namin videos pag magkasama kami pero kung iba po ang dating sa ibang tao wala na po ako magagawa don🙏🏼 I respect Julie sobra sobra and sobra ko syang mahal pati ang family nya.”
