EY Global Delivery Services (EY GDS), a global delivery network providing professional services and strategic business solutions to EY member firms, has once again figured in this year’s Top 100 Employers for Fresh Graduates in the Philippines. The ranking has been compiled by Prosple, an international job platform that helps young professionals jumpstart their careers by connecting them with top-tier organizations.
Reaffirming EY GDS’ dedication to helping equip young professionals with future-ready skills to thrive in the fast-growing technology industry, EY GDS Philippines rose to claim the 33rd spot in 2024 from being 60th last year.

EY GDS also runs programs to help the Filipino youth transition from the campus to the corporate world, such as supporting curriculum development of universities through the GDS Academia program. Beginning with 25 professionals in 2015, EY GDS Philippines now employs over 5,000 people across multiple core disciplines and through four service lines – Assurance, Consulting, Strategy & Transactions and Tax – of which Assurance hires the highest number of fresh graduates each year. According to Prosple, the methodology for this year’s Top 100 Employers for Fresh Graduates list has been refined to reflect employers’ popularity and quality. The ranking combines data from submitted applications, page views and graduate reviews to provide university students with an objective and comprehensive guide for their future careers.
