Director and writer Rod Marmol recently took to social media to express his frustration over an unnamed actress who allegedly failed to compensate him for a full-length script he wrote upon her request.
Marmol, known for his works such as ‘Cuddle Weather’ and ‘The Cheating Game,’ shared his disappointment through a post on X, a social media platform, where he hinted at an actress who commissioned him to write a script while he was vacationing in Korea.
According to Marmol, despite completing the script, the actress has yet to fulfill her payment obligations.
In his X post, Marmol criticized the actress for her audacity in reaching out to him again, supposedly recalling another concept they had discussed years ago. He questioned her intentions, expressing incredulity at the prospect of her requesting another script without fulfilling her previous financial commitment.

Although Marmol refrained from disclosing the actress’s identity, he clarified that the actress’s initials were not “TG.” He cited personal and professional reasons for withholding the name, emphasizing his commitment to forgiveness while still harboring resentment over the unpaid services.
Marmol further explained that he had decided not to name the actress to avoid unwanted attention, asserting that she would forever be remembered as a “starlet.” He underscored the purpose of X as a platform for expressing sentiments, expressing his surprise at the actress’s attempt to reconnect after the incident.
