After a week of intense competition in the ratings race, the Kapuso action-drama series ‘Black Rider’ has clinched another victory against its Kapamilya counterpart, ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo (FPJBQ).’
According to the most recent rating reports from the Nielsen NUTAM People survey, ‘Black Rider’ once again surpassed FPJBQ, taking the lead in the primetime ratings battle.
On Friday, March 15, ‘Black Rider’ secured a rating of 13.7 percent, edging out FPJBQ by 0.5 percent, as the latter garnered a rating of 13.2 percent. With this achievement, ‘Black Rider’ now sits atop the primetime entertainment leaderboard and claims the number 2 position in the overall rating chart, while FPBQ has dropped to the number 3 spot in the overall ratings board.
It’s worth noting, however, that ‘Black Rider’s’ ratings include scores from delayed telecasts. Excluding delayed telecasts, FPJBQ would still be in the lead with a rating of 13.2 percent, against ‘Black Rider’s’ 11.1 percent.
Meanwhile, prior to its latest triumph, Black Rider narrowed the gap on Thursday, March 14, with a rating of 13.6 percent against FPBQ’s 13.7 percent.
Can Black Rider maintain its current strong ratings performance, or will FPJBQ swiftly recover and reclaim its primetime and overall dominance?
