On February 11, actress-producer Sylvia Sanchez addressed whether her daughter Ria Atayde and beau Zanjoe Marudo have plans to get married.
At the Chinese New Year party hosted by Beautéderm founder Rhea Tan, which LionhearTV attended, Sanchez remarked that taking the next step of Atayde and Marudo’s relationship relies on the actor’s decision.
“Hindi ko alam kay Zanjoe eh. Kay Zanjoe, yan eh. Zanjoe, Zanjoe, Zanjoe! Sa kaniya ‘yun.”
She then noted that she doesn’t want to interfere with her children’s romantic relationships.
“Hindi ko para pangunahan si Zanjoe. Maghihintay ako kung anong gusto nilang dalawa. Sila ‘yun eh. As nanay, or mother-in-law, wala, ayaw kong pakielaman. Ayaw kong pasukin ‘yung relationship nila, bahala sila diyan.”
She then expressed how much she loves the romantic partners of her kids.
“Mahal ko si Maine at mahal ko si Zanjoe.”
As for the event, Beautéderm CEO Rhea Tan celebrated the Chinese New Year with a party in Angeles City over the weekend with celebrities such as Carlo Aquino, Sam Milby, Jai Ho, Ann Feo, Alma Concepcion, Konsi Ervic, Sylvia Sanchez, etc.
The businesswoman also commemorated the first anniversary of her 7-storey building and the establishment of her businesses such as Beautéderm, BlancPro, Beauté Beanery, BeautéHaus, and A-List Avenue.
