On February 11, actress-producer Sylvia Sanchez confirmed whether her son, Congressman-actor Arjo Atayde, had plans to run for re-election.
At the Chinese New Year party hosted by Beautéderm founder Rhea Tan, which LionhearTV attended, Sanchez declared that her son would be running for a second term as the Congressman for the 1st District of Quezon City.
She then dispelled rumors claiming that Atayde had plans to run for Mayor, citing how the young public official looks up to the current Mayor of Quezon City, Joy Belmonte.
So, si Mayor Joy Belmonte ‘yun.
She also noted that her son is still too young to rush his political career.
“At hello, bata pa si Arjo, anong pagmamadali. Bakit magmamadali, marami pang time.
As for the event, Beautéderm CEO Rhea Tan celebrated the Chinese New Year with a party in Angeles City over the weekend with celebrities such as Carlo Aquino, Sam Milby, Jai Ho, Ann Feo, Alma Concepcion, Konsi Ervic, Sylvia Sanchez, etc.
The businesswoman also commemorated the first anniversary of her 7-storey building and the establishment of her businesses such as Beautéderm, BlancPro, Beauté Beanery, BeautéHaus, and A-List Avenue.
