Richard Gutierrez appears to be moving forward with his plans to file a child custody complaint against his wife, Sarah Lahbati.
In the latest episode of ‘Showbiz Now Na,’ showbiz columnist Cristy Fermin hinted that Richard might postpone their annulment proceedings to prioritize the said complaint.
Fermin mentioned that although the annulment process could be delayed due to opposition from Richard’s side, the welfare of their children could take precedence.
According to Fermin, Richard believes that Sarah is not providing enough attention to their children, suggesting that it might be better for him to have custody.
Currently, Fermin stated that Richard and Sarah have discussed the details of co-parenting their children.
However, she clarified that the final decision on child custody would depend on the outcome of Richard’s legal case.
Despite this, Fermin noted that Sarah may still visit their home, but it was emphasized that Richard should not be present during these visits.
Earlier, showbiz insider Jobert Sucaldito reported in his vlog about allegations regarding Sarah’s alleged lack of hands-on parenting.
