The hit Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino-starrer extends its phenomenal success on Prime Video, to traditional television, with record-breaking people ratings.
Linlang The Teleserye Version continues to generate post-Prime Video success, posting yet another record-breaking episode last night, February 1, Nielsen Philippines data indicate. With a people rating of 10.0, the Kapamilya infidelity-themed drama, set a fresh record for an ABS-CBN series airing on the second primetime slot. It notably marks the fist time a series on this timeslot achieved a double-digit rating, based on Nielsen Philippines.
The series has already broken its own record three times, since its pilot telecast on January 22. It currently holds the highest-rated ABS-CBN debut, on its timeslot, in nearly four years. It then crushed post-shutdown records set by its predecessors, Can’t Buy Me Love and The Iron Heart, which generated peak people ratings of 9.7 and 9.4, respectively, with a 9.9 people rating on January 23.
Linlang: The Teleserye Version features a no-cut version of the web series streamed on Prime Video, featuring never-before-seen scenes and revelations. It airs right after FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.
