GMA Network’s primetime lineup once again achieved a clean sweep against its Kapamilya Primetime Bida counterparts, as indicated by the latest rating reports from the Nielsen NUTAM People survey.
On February 7, the Kapuso action-drama series ‘Black Rider’ secured another victory, registering a rating of 13.8 percent against ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo,’ which garnered 11.8 percent.
Following suit, the subsequent program, ‘Love.Die.Repeat,’ also notched a win against its rival ‘Linlang’ with ratings of 8.5 percent and 7.0 percent, respectively. It’s worth noting that these two programs claimed the top two slots in the primetime lineup, although they include delayed telecast numbers from GTV.
Simultaneously, in the third slot of GMA Prime’s lineup, ‘Asawa Ng Asawa Ko’ posted a win against the DonBelle series ‘Can’t Buy Me Love.’ ANAK achieved a rating of 5.4 percent, surpassing CBML’s 5.0 percent. Notably, ANAK is the only GMA Prime program that does not include delayed telecast rating numbers.
This marks the second occasion where GMA Prime programs achieved a clean sweep against Primetime Bida teleseryes. The trend started on January 29, when ‘Black Rider’ triumphed over the former primetime leader ‘FPJ’s Batang Quiapo’ with a rating of 13.1 percent against FPJBQ’s 12.8 percent. Following this success, ‘Love.Die.Repeat’ secured a win against its competitor ‘Linlang,’ with ratings of 8.6 percent and 7.9 percent, respectively.
Additionally, in the same lineup, ‘Asawa Ng Asawa Ko’ emerged victorious against ‘Can’t Buy Me Love,’ registering a rating of 5.0 percent, surpassing CBML by 0.6 percent, as CBML garnered 4.4 percent.
